First floor
After climbing the stairs - along beautiful basalt walls - you enter the spacious living room where you have a direct view of the infinity pool and the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
The open living room seamlessly connects to the fully equipped granite kitchen with high-quality appliances. In addition, there is a spacious utility room with all necessary appliances.
Terrace and swimming pool
The partly covered terrace offers enough space to enjoy the Cape Verdean sun, eat in the shade and enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean, Mindelo, Monte Cara and the city beach Laginha.
The swimming pool (10m by 5m) is built with beautiful blue glass mosaic.
In addition to a separate toilet and shower that comes with the use of the swimming pool, there is also a separate staircase that connects the terrace with the bedrooms on the first floor.
